 What Do The Background Checks Cost?

 Does My Applicant Need To Sign Anything Before I Run The Search?

Yes.  According to the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act, you need to have a signed authorization before running the search.  U.S. Information Search can provide these forms to Clients.

 How Long Will It Take To Complete My Order?

The Background Check order is initiated immediately.  Depending on which searches are conducted, you will usually receive your results instantly or within 4 business days. 

 How Do I Order Background Checks?

1. We provide you with an online account at our website.
2. You have your applicant sign an authorization form you keep on file.
3. You login, select the searches for your order and enter Name, SSN, DOB, and other information you may be prompted for.
4. Confirm your order and submit for processing.
5. The system does the rest and you get results back by e-mail or fax, result times vary depending on search type; most are instant or within 4 business days

 How Do I Get Started?

There is a two step process to get your account configured.  Once we have both forms it is usually 1 business day to get the account online.  There is a one-time setup fee of  $19.00 to get your account configured.  This charge is applied to your first order.
