Steps to Creating a Custom Background Check Blueprint

Our process of creating a solution begins with learning about your needs and giving you comfort with our company.

You will speak to senior representatives who have expertise in business operations, human resources, information systems, and legal compliance related to the hiring process.

Step 1 – The Discovery Call

Step 2 – We Deliver an Initial Blueprint Proposal

Based on our understanding of your needs, we will deliver a preliminary proposal blueprint for your review.

Your Blueprint will often include video demonstrations and may cover some of the following services.

Step 3 – Review the Proposal & Finalize Your Needs

As industry expectations evolve, there are always new risks. We often find that when we review a proposal together by phone new insights can be revealed. It becomes an opportunity to do a “deeper dive” and perhaps move from a current practice to a new more efficient process.

Step 4 – Refine the Proposal (if needed) and Deliver Final Background Check Blueprint
